Project Case Studies
Berwick Street - Soho
Complete re-modelling of three Victorian terraced properties including the addition of two further storeys, creating five open plan contemporary office suites for rental in central Soho. This included a full interior fit-out and mechanical and electrical installation.
Concept House - Park Royal
Full demolition of an existing factory unit and its re-development as a new-build cutting-edge distribution centre. This project features a solar roof installation, 17,000sqft twin loading bay warehouse space and an adjoining reception/mezzanine office.
We are currently in the process of redeveloping the site.
